Returns

Due to the nature of food and personal care products, we are generally unable to accept returns on opened, used, or consumed items.

For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, products must be returned in their original, unopened condition where applicable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item(s)

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved in the following situations:

  • The wrong item was received

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The order could not be delivered due to an error on our part

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Opened food products

  • Used personal care products

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Change-of-mind purchases

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
